Stephanie Cade
Stephanie graduated from CCI in 1993 with honors as a Dental Assistant and
has continued her education including a course for Expanded Duties Dental
Assisting. She is originally from Pennsylvania but moved to Colorado in
1978. She and her husband, Antonio have 2 beautiful children, Antonio Jr.
and Dayja. They enjoy going to amusement parks, movies, basketball games
and gymnastics competitions, or just spending quiet time together.

Melodee Ellis
Melodee
is a Colorado native who received her Dental Hygiene Degree at CTCC in
Hastings, Nebraska in 1980. She has been a dental hygienist in Dr.
Wallace’s office since 1990. Melodee and her husband Rod, own several tire
& auto service centers in the Metro area. In her spare time, she is active
with daughter Marissa and enjoys attending sports venues. Both of her
step-sons, Preston and Kylie attend college in Colorado.

Tina Hirschfeld
Tina began her career in dental insurance in 1987at Delta Dental of
Colorado. As a former Senior Claims Processor, she is a specialist in the
workings of dental insurance and how to maximize benefits for patients.
Tina is a Denver native who is married to her high school sweetheart, John.
They have two sons, Cyle and Warren. Singing, scrapbooking and rubber
stamping are her ways to relax.

Vickie Jones
Vickie
was born and raised in Clinton, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana State
University with a Bachelor’s Degree in physical education and health, but
chose dentistry as her profession. She received her expanded functions
degree from IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana. Vickie joined Dr. Wallace’s
staff in 1995 with 25+ year’s experience including general dentistry,
orthodontics, prosthetic dentistry and dental management and consulting. She
and husband, Jim, live in Parker with their 2 Bernese Mountain dogs and 2
cats. Both seasoned musicians their two bands, Reckless Abandon and The
ReJuveniles, can be heard throughout the Denver area. Together, they have 4
grown children: Zach, Nathan, Dylan and Brett.

Denise Medina
Denise received her certification in 1997 from Concord Career Institute as
a Registered Dental Assistant with Expanded Function capabilities. She
loves making her patients feel comfortable and creating a happy healthy
smile. Denise is also an artist in her spare time, painting abstracts which
have successfully sold in art shows. As a Colorado native she loves the
beauty of the mountains and spends time camping, fishing and hiking or just
enjoying a cup of Soy Chi from Starbucks.

Sara Sigmon
A
Colorado native, Sara graduated from Community College of Denver Dental
Hygiene School in May 2005. She has one son, Cody, who she loves to go to
the park and movies with. Sara also enjoys photography, scrapbooking, cross
stitching and camping.
